How do I place an order?
Find a product you like, then email us at support@reebproductions.com with the product name. We will send you a secure payment link within a few hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and more — securely and globally.
How do I receive my product after payment?
Delivery is instant. As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. No waiting.
What formats do your products come in?
Canva templates come as shareable Canva links. Planners and trackers come as PDF and/or GoodNotes files. eBooks come as PDF.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However if there is a genuine issue, contact us and we will make it right.
Can I use your templates for commercial projects?
Yes! Our templates include a personal and small business commercial license.
Do free downloads require an account?
No account needed. Free downloads are available directly — no signup required.
